The obligations of Kyoto and the general worsening of climate change bought on by the use of fossil fuels has not been matched by increased successful and widespread deployment of renewable energy generating sources in the UK. FutureWind has developed wind turbine products that will permit renewable energy projects to flourish in the UK in spite of the constraints of the UK planning system. Through the lobbying of central government and the creation of the planning section of the FutureWind “Commercial Kit of Parts”, planning and finance are simplified to make the easy and rapid deployment of turbines a reality.
