The components you will need to make your deployment a success

If you are going to allow us to deploy a turbine on your land then we will need to put into place a number of elements for successful execution of the project. Components from the FutureWind “Commercial Kit of Parts” will be used and you would be required to have copies of aspects of the kit, as follows:

Legals Lease agreement template
Side letter for purchase of power from FutureWind
Planning Copy of planning documents including pre-clearance dossier planning application confirmation of planning consent
Finance Finance package
Revenue Power purchase contract
Construction Assessment report Including a specification of the works that have to be conducted

Operations Insurance Copy of insurance policy providing liability insurance
