Can wind turbines be placed anywhere?

Wind farm planners usually look for hill-top-sites for siting their farms and hill tops with enough space for a farm and the support of the local community for a farm are rare. However the FutureWind products are designed to operate in low grade wind sites and may be tucked away in valleys where there is room for one or two turbines but not a farm.
